Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order is wrong /damaged, you're not happy with the prints, or if it is different from what you expected, our Customer Support will gladly replace or exchange any items free of charge within 14 days. Give our Help Team a shout at We're happy to help! We'll get you set up with a hassle-free replacement or reimbursement.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags still attached to the garment and in its original packaging.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
