Shipping & Return

SHIPPING

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, depending on what shipping service you have selected then our orders are shipped within 1- 3 business days and arrived approximately 3-5 business days. Please note orders may or may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Items being shipped from an international location will take longer depending on customization.

The shipping policy is that once you check out, you will see how much your shipping will cost. Please feel free to contact us or email us with any questions. There are times when multiple orders are purchased and shipped internationally, and the shipping will increase per item.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you must change or cancel it, contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. Please get in touch with us at teesnmug@gmail.com as soon as possible to make it right.

RETURNS CONDITIONS

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at teesnmug@gmail.com.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We never want you to feel stuck with anything you aren't happy with! We don't do traditional returns since our items are printed to order. However, we have a Happiness Guarantee. We want to be sure you're 100% satisfied with your order, which was custom-made especially for you.

If your order is wrong /damaged, you're not happy with the prints, or if it is different from what you expected, our Customer Support will gladly replace or exchange any items free of charge within 14 days. Give our Help Team a shout at teesnmug@gmail.com. We're happy to help! We'll get you set up with a hassle-free replacement or reimbursement.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
